Physical Education
Students can identify their strengths and weaknesses through the fitnessgram test. They have the opportunity to build their fitness levels up through the year and see the data to improve themselves. We strive to develop students to be mindful of their health and habits through self-directed learning.
We as a Physical Education department team focus on teaching students different skills , strategies and components of sports and introduce them to a variety of sports such as cricket, rounders, dodgeball, basketball, soccer, volleyball, dodgeball, handball, kickball, four square, badminton and athletics. We also focus on encouraging leadership and responsibility through team sports and teambuilding. This is also done with our exciting sports days.
